Best investment we could have made. We hired Dog Guard, the team was outstanding! They enclosed roughly 2 acres and helped train our 5 month old yellow lab/ elk hound mix. He's a good dog but he had so much energy, we couldn't keep up with him. He started becoming to much to handle even with regular walks. Within 2 weeks of having Dog Guard installed we noticed a huge improvement in his behavior and our quality of life. We trust him to go outside and play and run off his energy while staying safe in the yard. Even other dogs and pedestrians walking by don't get him to leave his play area. We highly recommend this company and their product.

He clearly has a love for dogs and wanted to make sure we, as dog owners, were comfortable with our dog fence and the training process for our pups. Gary helped us install our fence, train our black lab and then he returned a year later to help remark the yard when we welcomed a second lab puppy. He has gone above and beyond and has even dropped off a screw or prong if they get lost in the yard (due to some puppy rough-housing). Even more important than the awesome customer service is that our fence successfully keeps our two labs safely in our yard. We are very pleased with this product, experience and service. I used Dog Guard when I had an escape artist who learned to escape our physical fence. Gary was able to put up an invisible fence that included woods for my dogs to go out and explore. All 5 of my dogs are now safe and happy. Gary was responsive and did the job quickly when asked. I would definitely recommend!

My family's experience hiring and working with Gary at NH Dog Guard has been excellent. Our property is large with some challenging areas comprising both hill and woods. The design and installation of the system is perfect for our two very active young herding dogs. The equipment is very high quality and the education you receive is comprehensive. We highly recommend Gary. When we bought our house the previous owners already had the Dog Guard fence installed, Gary came right out and took the time to show us how to use it. He was very kind and knowledgeable. When we added another dog to our family, he sent a new collar right away after we contacted him. Recently, we had trouble with our unit and Gary came out quickly to fix it. We had a small time frame when we would be home and he moved his schedule around just to accommodate us. We had the best experience working with Gary. His customer service is unmatched! He is so responsive to all questions and issues, even after the installation is complete. When my son accidentally clipped part of the fence doing yard work, Gary came out immediately that same evening to fix it for us. When one of the dogs’ collars stopped working, he came over to replace it. We can call him any time and he will be ready to help, either in person or troubleshooting over the phone. Our first experience with this company was so great that when we moved, there was no question that we would be using them again. They are reasonably priced and friendly. They have been very helpful training the dogs and even when I had one dog that was very stubborn. I would recommend them over and over.
Gary is nothing short of great. From the original installation to adjustments due to landscaping changes to now simply sending us a new collar for no charge because unknown to me Gary covered it under warranty. Gary was nothing but amazing setting up our fence, training our 3 dogs with VERY different personalities, and even coming back to the house the following week with a replacement collar since Lucy somehow lost hers🤦♀️. We couldn't have asked for better customer service and our dogs are happier and better behaved in the house since they now get so much extra outdoor play time. Gary Knowlton of Dog Guard really got our family out of a pinch. Our dog fence wasn’t working and we had a rambunctious 16 week old puppy that was leaving our property every chance he got, despite my best efforts to chase him down. I just wanted to say what a great job you did here. Gary solved the problem in minutes and discovered after all it was Time Warner who had in fact cut my line. It was the cable company’s fault the system went down. Gary also rewired my front yard and place flags (and was not going to charge me for the service call!) Gary was terrific and we will recommend Dog Guard to friends as always!

Dog Guard has made it possible for us to have happy, healthy dogs that stay at home!
